It's been a while!

We have been busy since Christmas! I went to El Salvador for two weeks at the end of January and I feel like I've been playing catch-up ever since. Here are. Few photos from January on.

Stella loves going down slides and going on the swings now.

Watching the game before the Super Bowl. Thanks Sarah for all the sweet clothes!!

After watching the Super Bowl twice (I missed most of it while I was away) and experiencing 12th man pride all around Seattle, Stella is a little obsessed with the Seahawk logo. She says "wooo woo woo" whenever she sees it.

Her hair is getting long enough for barrettes and pony tails!

She is copying everything we do and saying so many words. Here I caught her 'answering' her bell pepper slice while we were out on a walk.

Looking glamorous.

Reading to herself.

Stella is one!

I can't believe it has been a year already! We had a fun little party for her.

I had big plans for her to wear this all night but I was only able to sneak it on while she was distracted with everyone singing to her.

Brian decorated this cake for her. Crows are her all time favorite animal.

Opening presents with mama and papa.

Gabby helping us blow out the candle.

What is happening and who are all these people???

Mmmm, cake? Don't mid if I do.

Hey! This is good stuff!!

With Grandma Susanna.

It's been a while!

Isn't this fur coat ridiculously awesome. This is the one time we wrestled Stella into it.

Brian and I celebrated our first date 5 years ago.

Stella was a zebra for Halloween.

We did a Halloween fun run out in West Seattle. I didn't set any records but I ran the whole way with that dang stroller while Brian manned the medical tent.

Trick or treating at the northwest school dorm with our friend Colin and his son Yitbarak.

Playing on Grandma Susanna's porch.

Mmmmmmm! Chocolate!

At the sculpture park with papa.

Stella's first fire truck!! It was a present from one of the families in our baby group. Most of the other babies are already one so we did a gift exchange.

Falling into fall

Well Stella May is walking like a champ! It's pretty crazy. Right about the time she turned 10 months she figured out how to stand up on her own and then she was off!

Unfortunately she's been taking some big tumbles too.

Go Seahawks!

Watching a friend's son play soccer in the rain.

Stella fell asleep in the middle of eating her string cheese on the way home from costco!

Stairs! Wee!

It's getting chilly here. Too bad mama can't figure out how to put that hat on the right way around.

Eating cookies with mama.

Hiking with Sarah and Anna along the Columbia river.

Busy busy busy

One last trip to the wading pool

Climbing around.

Checking out some art with Brian.

Sunny happy girl!

We went to the Puyallup Fair. I saw some mutton busting for the first time and about had a heart attack. Not sure if that's in Stella's future.

Brian and Stella's favorite game: going head first into the tree.

Tuckered out!

Who me?

Yes, yes I do have my foot on the table. So?
