Summer Time

It's been nice and hot here, and we've been busy.

Montana

We've been super busy, driving attempting naps for Stella meeting up with friends. We have barely taken any photos. Here are a few from the wedding last night.

Our friends Liz and Jeramy had their son Sam there. He and Stella had a great time playing and I think you'll see the romantic vibe of the weekend had an effect on those two. 

 

We stopped at a lovely rv park on lake Coeur d'Alene in Idaho on our way home last night. 

Now we are back in Wasington and hopefully the wildfires will let us pass and we'll be home tonight! 

On The Road!

Our friends are getting married in Montana so we decided to rent an RV and drive out. Currently we are halfway across eastern WA. Stella is pretty excited about the whole thing. I knew when Brian pulled up with the RV yesterday because I could hear Stella yelling "camper truck!! Camper truck!!" At the top of her lungs.

It's hot here!

My mom is working in Africa for two weeks (go mom) so I'm going to post a bit more often for the time being. I've finally worked out how to post from my phone again so I hope to make Stellagrams a more regular happening. 

Stella (orange hat) loves the water. Our baby group got together for a picnic and Stella spent about 90% of her time in the pool.

Stella "coloring"- turns out it's really fun to peel the labels off the crayons whilst in the buff rather than actually color.

Sorry for the long delays in posting! My blogging app does not like me any more, so I'm taking a rare quiet moment to write this on my actual computer.

 We have been heading out for walks and working in the garden quite a bit now that the weather has turned nicer!

 I fixed up my old doll bed and Stella probably spends more time in it than the dolls!

She'll wear the headband I made her for about a minute at a time.

Tantrums are now a daily occurrence. Luckily they don't last long. This one was cracking me up because of how much backwards progress she was making.

It's been a while!

We have been busy since Christmas! I went to El Salvador for two weeks at the end of January and I feel like I've been playing catch-up ever since. Here are. Few photos from January on.

After watching the Super Bowl twice (I missed most of it while I was away) and experiencing 12th man pride all around Seattle, Stella is a little obsessed with the Seahawk logo. She says "wooo woo woo" whenever she sees it.


Her hair is getting long enough for barrettes and pony tails!





She is copying everything we do and saying so many words. Here I caught her 'answering' her bell pepper slice while we were out on a walk.
